Inferior quality

In December I bought a defy stove it hasn't even been a year but the stove has been fixed more that six times and its broken again. I use this stove to create an income I have now lost a week's income due to the incompetence and inferior quality that is made by defy, so much for defy to simplfy. I would highly appreciatte it if someone would respond to me I love supporting SA brands but I am averse topoor quality.
