Infer-ere gas ovens

To say that I'm disappointed in both the product and the service from DEFY, is the understatement of the year. I have only had my electric / gas oven for 5 years and every part of this appliance has broken. The gas starters don't work, I have to start it with a lighter, the seals have broken, the handle came loose, and the door hinges have had to be replaced twice. I don't recommend anyone to even consider these appliances, they are absolute ******* and a very infer-ere product. Just to make things worse, the extractor fan is the loudest you can buy and the hinges on the glass also broke. By the way I am German and treat all my appliances with care.
