Impossible to order spares.

It is not possible to get spares for Defy appliances.

I have been trying since Oct to get a replacement glass platter for my microwave oven.

I phoned Defy who then advised that I must contact the partner companies who will then order the spares for me.

I have tried repeatedly to get either of the listed partner companies to order the part, which was confirmed to be in stock at the time.

The one insists that I contact another 3rd party company to get a locally produced part that should almost fit.

The other chain store took the order and has never supp**** the part, despite many follow-ups.

I have several major appliances from Defy in my house, but I will never again buy any product from this brand. Any product from them should be considered disposable as you can not get parts for repair, should something go wrong.
