Impossible to get hold of Defy any way!

Does Defy actually exist. I have been trying to get them on the phone for a couple of days now. I called the Head Office, and they took my number and said someone from Cape Town would call. There has been no call. I'm simply trying to get a solid tray for my oven. Simple as that. Companies should take into consideration that not all people have cell phone contracts and can call continuously. I've wasted so many minutes trying to get ahold of them. Hence this review
