I'm so upset and annoyed.

On the 20th of Dec 2020 I bought a Microwave 30lr Defy at Hi Fi Corporation. Sometime in June the microwave just stopped working out of nowhere, I then took the microwave back to the store on the 19 June 2021 ( Ref No. ***). The microwave was booked in and got repaired. In a space of 2 months the same microwave stopped working again same reason as before , I took it in on the 31 Aug 2021 (Ref ***) - again it was booked in and repaired. Guess what, on the 21st of Nov 2021(Ref ***) I was back at the store again for the same problem and this time I made it clear that I do not want the same microwave anymore it should either be replaced or I should get a gift card. The lady by the name of Lauren from Hi Fi Corporation was really helpful and wrote on the job card exactly what I asked for. To my surprise I got a call from the lady advising that the microwave was fixed and I told her to keep it at the store as I do not want it back. I also spoke to the manager by name of Fiyyaaz from the same store but, no happiness. I called the store today and was advised that Defy said they are not going to replace that microwave as my warranty is "about" to expire - mind you i still have the whole of 2022 since the warranty is for 2 years. I mean, when one buys a new item you do not expect it to be fixed 3 times. So DEFY please refund my money or replace that microwave. Once bitten twice shy- in this case I was twice bitten trice shy. I want a new microwave please.
