I will never by a Defy fridge

I regret buying a Defy fridge and will never again buy their products or recommend them to anyone.

I am an unhappy customer, I bought a fridge 11 months ago and this fridge stopped working then when the store refferred me to Defy I thought I would be assisted only to find out that I will be refferred from one person to another until they sent a technician who could not even do a proper diagnose and just replaced some parts.

After the repairs the fridge only worked for a couple of hours and then it stopped working. How can a fridge that is not even a year old require repairs. I got sold a faulty product and no one wants to account for it.

Every day when I call they say an email has been sent to management who is not responding.
