I was just about to click 4 stars, but I thought about it and I realized I bought a defy washing machine and I was abit low on cash to sort the outlet pipe out I called defy and explained the issue someone was sent out to look at my machine and even thought it was a small issue being the outlet pipe needed replacing they were there when google couldn't assist 🤣
