I want to but can't rely on Defy

My very very reliable hard working Defy Petit Chef Multifunction oven finally gave up in November 2018, and I immediately replaced it with the latest model. Since then, unfortunately it has caused me extra costs and frustration:

AT THE MOMENT: The multi-function selector knob stopped working/ the fan stopped working and I logged a call on the website yesterday morning and despite getting a call number via SMS and an email confirmation no one contacted me to arrange to come and fix the over. I phoned late afternoon today, only for the call center to say someone will get back to me in three business days, but that they only start counting days on the second day *the day after the call was logged!! BESIDES THIS Unreliability of the product and the after sales service , I have some general problems with the product:

1) The oven is WIDER AND NOT AS TALL as the previous model. It cost R800 to have the gap in the kitchen fittings adjusted to fit the new over. 2) I could not use the extra drying racks from my old over, because this over in wider, so we had to drive to Defy in Midrand and pay +/- R200 for two NEW EXTRA RACKS racks I need for drying rusks - what do I do with the old ones I also PAID FOR!!! 3) the over door OPENS TO THE FLOOR, and not to the side anymore, which is a bit inconvenient, but we will try to live with it, despite the fact that it limits movement in the kitchen 4) The SELECTOR KNOBS has no texture or rims, so they SLIP from your hands and sometimes you need a towel or sometime else to be able to turn the knobs, e.g. if you app**** a bit of hand cream 5) The oven makes a lot of NOISE once it is switched off, because of the cooling cycle 6) To SET THE TIMER/COOKING TIME etc is very tricky as it is a flat electronic surface below eye level and you have to stand right in front of the oven and press very very precisely and very quickly to ensure that you are able to set the time to the desired level What I wish is for the old model oven back...or the new one to be improved to the old standards, BUT realistically I JUST WANT THE CURRENT OVEN FIXED ASAP and not wait 4 days for someone to call to make an appointment to come and have a look
