I need my Defy washing replaced or refunded

I purchased a Defy washing machine last year May. A month again the machine started giving problems. The drum sounds loose and make heavy noises. Defy service send someone to repair the noise but when we test the machine in front of the repair man, the noise was even worse. He just said i need to email/phone Defy service again. I then email *** again where the log another repair session. It was supposed to be Yesterday 9 May. I don't know what to do anymore. This machine is not even a year old. Do Defy make applications for only last a few months now? I was a Defy fan for all the year's. Sould i change products?? Defy service/customer care is useless.
