I Megameno Fanuel, based in Walvisbay Namibia. I have a strong relationship, great experiences with Defy appliances my freezers, microwave ,stove are Defy. Apart from my Defy 18kg twin tub washing machine that lasted for 9 good years without giving me any problem. Last year i adjusted and bought automatic 17kg top loader from game dunes mall. Currently my washing machine needs repairs, Defy team responded quickly and handled the issue efficiently. The customer service is excellent ,friendly, professional, and willing to assist at every step. It’s reassuring to deal with a company that takes customer concerns seriously and acts promptly.
