I have had it with Defy!

I have had it with Defy. After 2 years and 6 weeks of struggling with my fridge, they came and replace the unit on Friday. Saturday when we woke up, the fridge is not working, the brand new one!!! Needless to say, my food and everything in the fridge went off so I had to throw it all out, this is now the 4th time. What are you going to do about this problem and how will you reimburse me for food wasted because of your terrible service? I do not have money just to throw away food.
