I have a Defy gas electric stove which I use for both domestic use and to prepare food for my small catering company. I am absolutely enjoying it and am extremely happy with thw performance of the oven. And with our numerous power cuts. Well the convenience of having a gas stove is just tops! I like that I can prepare rather largish dishes in the as it's the big 900mm stove.
