I do not recomment Defy to anyone

I'm highly disappointed with Defy. My microwave touch pad just stopped working and I took it back as it was still within warranty. 2 weeks later I'm called back to collect it as it could not be fixed because there are traces of ****roaches which I found hard to believe because I know I have no ****roaches in my house. I took it to a technician which confirmed to me that the touch pad is finished and he replaced it. He also confirmed that there were no traces of ****roaches inside the microwave. That was just an excuse from Defy not to fix it. This was the last time I bought their products
