I bought a twin tub ...

I bought a twin tub washing machine..and it broke first time I used it, I made a call to the technical department... within a day they sent a technician to come and fix it.... the technician was professional... I was using the machine incorrectly..she showed me how to use it ....from then on I never had any problems with the same machine..,. it works fine till today.... I am quite happy with the defy appliances .. I would recommend these products.... I use them and I am happy with their performance
