I bought a freezer and microwave in 2020 at defy wilsonia east london, however I'm very satisfied with the product till now I haven't had a problem it's still working in good condition, besides the defy fridge I also bought which giving us a problem with the bottom part where it overiced, but the other appliances we bought still in very good condition which amaze me
