I bought a Defy 8kg front-load washing machine and overall I’m fairly happy with its day-to-day performance. It cleans my clothes well, the cycles are intuitive, and it feels sturdily built. I noticed lower vibration and a quieter spin compared with my old machine. The energy-saving features also seem to make a difference on the electricity bill, which is a nice bonus.
