I bought a 4 plate, hob and oven 3 yrs ago

I bought a 4 plate, hob and oven 3 yrs ago. Upon opening I realized there was only 1 oven tray and expected atleast 2. I called customer care, the guy asked where am based so at to recommend a nearby shop to go to. I mentioned am close to Loveday hardware MYZ Wow I went there and came back with extra trays. No hassles at all. I also complained the other time about my top rusting. A chemical was recommended. I love Defy all the way
