I bought 8 kgs defy washing machine and after 6 months it was not working perfectly and i went back to Ok furnitures George and the techinal guy came .The defy decides to gave me another machine .I was given a 14 kg new machine without topping up straight from PE to my house.Its perfectly working its now almost a year .
