HUGE PROBLEM with a double door fridge/freezer I bought from 3rd party

<p>I had a HUGE problem with a new Defy double door fridge/freezer that I bought from a person selling new Defy products on FB</p> <p>The unit was not working from start A - I made contact with Jason Crowther in Cape Town who assisted me in every which way he could and constant comunication (even after hours)</p> <p>It was not a problem that accured from Defy's side but because it was a Defy product he helped me</p> <p>Never the less my problem was solved - THANK YOU AGAIN JASON !!</p> <p>Defy can be proud to have a person like you on board - He's very proud to be part of Defy and helped as said in every possible way to keep DEFY'S name up !!</p> <p>Annette Jansen</p>
