HOUSE &HOME AND DEFY ARE ****!!!!!!

I have had the worst experience with Defy and House and Home!!! My Brother bought my mom a Defy hob because her one is not working properly anymore and he did this to make her very happy as she is an old women who is 71 year old who loves cooking then only to find out when we open the box the hob had a dent on the corner of it and that really broke my mothers heart and we immediately took it back to the store at House and Home to give us a new stove but the attitude and service we got there was the worst we have ever experienced them telling us that we are the ones that dropped the hob and that they wont help us and we decided to take this further and contacted Defy ourselves and see if they can help us with the matter but they did not instead they took us from pillar to post and not giving us as solution on the matter and also us having to always be doing follow ups with them because they don't communicate and remember that my mother is stressing about this and she has diabetes and now this has been dragging for almost a month and nobody seems to care about my mothers health or maybe it is because we are black ????? Can someone please assist because this is really not on.... or maybe contact EFF to assist??? PLEASE CONSUMERS PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO AND BUY THINGS FROM HOUSE AND HOME AND DEFY PRODUCTS BECAUSE THEY ****!!!!!!
