Horrible service

I had and still experiencing a horrible service with defy. Their service is so bad not to mention their staff. As much as I love defy never again. I will just glance at their appliances with attitude the same way I got from them. I reported my stove broken and the technicians came to check it and even today no one came to fix it. It's been days. When I call for an update Mmathabo kept saying let me get an update for you and I will call you back. For three days the kept on saying that and she never called back. Yesterday got a call that the technicians are coming to fix my stove I am still waiting. No company is big even not to close ask those big companies that ended up closing their doors. If we don't buy the product the no money to sustain the company cause I for one will NEVER ever buy defy again.
