Horrible service

Your service from this company is horrible. I purchased a defy fridge from game last year this time. Only to have is not be cold at the top only freezes, 3 techs have been sent to out 2 just changed the thermostat and the last one reported that there's no faults on the fridge I call in only to be told that. Instead of you guys replaces this factory fault unit I just keep calling and calling. Your brand is so bad your service is even worse
