Horrible service

We bought a brand new side by side fridge and freezer end of 2018. The freezer side is now displaying an error and not working at all so we had to throw out all of our meat. The unit is still under warranty as it has a 3 year warranty.

I have send emails to Defy but have not received response.

I mean this is very urgent.

I have a fridge that was made in 1965 and it is keeping up better! What horrible service from Defy.
