Horrible service

Ref nr: ***. Extremely pathetic service. I have called three times for a technician to come out and look at my fridge freezer that I purchased from Makro Amanzimtoti in August 2023. I actually also wanted to change the size for a bigger unit. I still have not been contacted by a technician despite me calling again. I am very disappointed in their service.
