Horrible product S/side fridge

This is the worse product i have ever choose, i decided to give DEFY a chance and got a side/side fridge . biggest mistake, the doors are shalloon not even. i was told by their technician because the other side is a freezer the doors will never be even i have 4 ref numbers now all i want is money back or new fridge that's i t. my food goes off every third day. its winter now but my fridge is NOT cold Ref ***, ***, *** and ***
