Horrible product. Horrible service with service centre

Very bad experience with their 17kg top loader washing machine. Have 5 reference numbers. And each time you send a technician,He communicates what he's going to do then when you call the service centre for feedback they tell you a different story to what the technicians told me. I am sick and tired of reporting this issue. Frankly I just wish you can come take your machine and refund me. So I can look for a better brand. Greatly dissapointed.
