HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

<p>I'm so upset well that's putting it lightly.we bought a front loader defy washing machine in August 2016 we are now in January 2017 and guess what no response on my guaranteed getaway I have called emailed and not a damn thing we got a scratch card done everything we were supposed to and the competition expired so what do we do I have sent an email that I will sue for all the money I spent calling with no success holding on the line for hours and still not getting through to a single person they really ****med us into taking their appliance I went to the game store in cresta where I bought this **** and they assured I would get called and still nothing I am so ****ed off I will never buy anything from defy ever again</p>
