Defy sold us a faulty dryer. We requested that they fix it at the beginning of March. Defy sent a technician named Sibusiso who upon arrival advised he would return later but he never returned. 2 weeks later, Sibusiso returned after multiple calls and follow ups and then advised he was too tired to fix it. It is now the 09th of April and we still cannot use our dryer. We called Sibusiso today who said he will arrive around 16:00. It is now 19:11 and he is no longer taking our calls and did not bother to show up.

Absolutely appalling service from defy. Do not but their products!
