Hi we got married in the year 2007 and the first electrical appliance we bought was our stove we use to stay in a wendy house. Since the year 2019 we moved into our own home and the second week in June 2019 my husband bought me a defy fridge, electrical 4 plate stove with the harp kettle and toaster and snackwicher since the year 2019 till Jan 2020 my oven had a problem. I made contact with the company and the immediately they send out a guy who does services he came to check my overn. All along the globe was a problem inside the oven he immediately swopped and said. Any more problems I dont need to call directly I can give him a call and he will log complaint and will come again personally We never ever had problems again uptil now this date. We only believe in Defy appliances even my washing machine is a Defy 😆. Thank You so much
