Heating element for KM630S

The heating element on my KM630S coffee machine packed and I wanted to replace it. I phoned the Montague Gardens office and the person that helped me was very friendly and made an effort to check for the part. He promised to phone me back wand he did after about 10 minutes. The news was however not good. He told me that the part is not available as spare part. The only solution is a new coffee machine. The machine is still sold new, but not the spare part. This is absolutely ridiculous and in my opinion not acceptable. My new machine will definitely not be a Defy!
