Hassle free with Defy

My dad bought a Defy refrigerator early 2007 for my mom before he passed away even today it's still rocking working like it was bought a year ago So since from then my mom only uses Defy appliances and she said she will only buy a new fridge when that 1 is dead imagine Im using a Defy washing machine and then it happened that it didn't dry the clothes I just called the Service centre they my machine was fixed hassle free.
