Guarenteed Getaway - BUT NO ANSWER ON EMAIL OR PHONE

<p>Hi There, I went to Makro Amanzimtoti on the 6th September and the sales person told me if I purchase a Defy Washing machine I would get a guranteed holiday. So we purchased the washing machine. Followed the prompts on the form given. I have received the form to fill in and sent all relevant information back on the 8th September. On the 11th September I received an email back to say they are checking the availability and will come back to me. Since then i have had no repsonse at all. I have emailed and called on numerous occasions and nobody picks up the phone and I just receive an automated response to emails. I am getting married on the 24th September and wanted to use this for the 25 - 29th September 2016. If those dates are not available that it is fine but I need someone to come back to me so I can make another arrangement. </p> <p> </p> <p>URGENTLY NEEDING A RESPONSE - TLC REWARDS</p>
