Guaranteed GETAWAY

<p>Late last year I bought a Washing Machine and I was told that when I buy the machine I will get a free guaranteed getaway for the whole week and was given a CARD after buying with a unique number. I followed everything in the card now DEFY AND TLC MARKETING are not honouring their words and I've sent emails and filled in the forms and no communication ever since 20/02/2017. Now the price will expire what should I do now with the card cos I bought the machine cos of the GUARANTEED GETAWAY...</p>
