Guaranteed Getaway

<p>I purchased a washing machine from Game in George on 18 September 2016 and was given a scratch card for a GUARANTEED mid-week getaway. I scratched open my unique number and immediately dialled the number to enter my getaway. (I did exacatly that was expected from me step by step). I've never spoken to someone in person as there was never ever anyone answering the phone number that was provided, although it kept on ringing for 45 minutes at a time before I hung up. They promised that it would take 5 to 10 ten working days to respond to my accommodation booking form, but it is already 31 working days!) The competition runs from 1 July to 31 December 2016, but it seems as if I will never succeed in confirming my midd-week booking before the offer expires. I</p>
