Guarantee not honoured by Defy
Purchased a Defy washing machine which bore a 3-year warranty. The washing machine is still within the guarantee period, but technicians make promises to come and fix it but one of the technicians said he will arrive at 11 am he only called at 6 pm. Terrible service indeed and I will take it up with the Ombudsman if I need to.
