Growing up we had no electricity and for fridges and stoves we would use paraffin or gas. So my father was running a shop with gas defy chest freezer up until 2002 arrival of electricity in my area. He connected that fridge to electricity, tell you what up until today that fridge still works fine no problems. whenever there's function we plug it to store meat and all that, it doesn't complain. Defy is strong with more space I trust it.
