Great service, quality long lasting Appliances.

Defy Appliances are the best, I've been using defy for years. No issues, when ever a problem did arise with the products, I've always had quick speedy assistance. I own a defy dual cooling fride freezer as well as a defy hob and oven, a defy microwave which is on its way out due to how many years i have it but still continues to do the job regardless. I also have a defy chest freezer. I must say defy is a very long lasting quality brand that i trust. My mom so has the same defy appliances way older than mine over 20+ years old and still going strong. I had an issue with my oven thermostat being not hot enough which caused my baking to flop, so i called defy center and they sent out a technician whom looked at it and replaced my thermostat with a better one that comes with the stove, they were very friendly and professional. I've had perfect baking ever since.
