I would just like to thank Thato as part of management from defy, for taking prompt action of rectifying my dissatisfaction and terrible customer service experience I had gone through. Dealing with the matter in a very diplomatic approach and such professionalism has at least given me some close and hopes that with such leadership perhaps the company still has the potential to grow and rectify their mistakes with unpleased customers.
