I purchased a front loader washing machine on the 31July took delivery from Builders wharehouse the 3August 2021. I personally removed the packaging and found the panel on the left was dented and the machine was not properly aligned on the top. I called builders warehouse call centre and was given a tech job number ***. The technician from defy came and said there are no repairs to be done but this machine is a sales fault take it up with builders warehouse. Which I did and the feedback was that I had dropped the machine which wasn't the case. The tech took pictures and escalated to his supervisor who looked and than escalated to his manager David in Nelspruit. David in turn emailed builders manager saying that the machine was dropped and they can't do anything. Builders warehouse manager Ephriam called David and asked him to come see the machine at my premises the following day. I waited for them but no one turned up. The response Ephriam got from David was I don't need to see the machine cause I have pictures. Now what proof does he have that I dropped the machine. Today I went to view the footage of the loading and while waiting to see the manager Ephriam I decided to take a look at the machines on the display floor. Was I in for a shock there stood a defy machine with the exact fault my machine had and even worse. I showed it to the manager and he said to follow up with Defy and get back to me. I took a picture as proof that they sell us default stuff and when we complain as clients this is the tratment we get. I forgot to mention that on removing the transportation *****s and packaging under the machine in front after a while I heard a loud noise. The silver panel at the back of the machine is also misaligned and the so is the soap dish section. Please help I need to do my washing. Thank you
