Frustrating about brand new fridge

<p>I bought a brand new defy double door fridge from tiekem hemingways east London on the 14th Jan 2017. From the day 1 the freezer door was opening itself and both doors are not inlinged. So I repented on the 16th jan monday since then there is a hassle from defy and tiekem and I got tird of both parties. Now today i decided to just write a complain so hope they will realize it's not cool to turned down their customers like this.I don't recommend any 1 defy people watch out this I'd the way they dealing with their customers. </p>
