Frustrated customer!! Very very bad Technical Service

I bought a side by side Fridge with defy last September. Which by December it has started giving problem. Logged a call in January and a guy call Randall came to assess it and had to order some parts in order to fix it. It took more than a month waiting for him to come fix it. I kept on calling him and he keeps ignoring my calls. March 4th, he came to fix it but by the 6th the same problem started again. I kept calling him for days and still no answer. Send him messages which only reply yesterday (12 March), to say he had again ordered freezer hinge. Mind you all the things in the fridge is starting to spoil again. I have to seat down and wait for another plus 1 month to get it fix. That's totally Bull****!!!! I have been so patient with this whole thing. I spent more than R10000 for this fridge and now i have to survive. Your Technical service Sucks!!! It is totally useless. What the point is buying a fridge of ten grand that doesn't even WORK!! This fridge need to be replace!!
