frustrated

I've been having a problem with my dishwasher for a few months a defy representative came out twice but the problem persisted the top shelf does not wash property. I logged a call again on Thursday the 8th of February 2018 and I still haven't heard anything from defy. I am very dissatisfied with the service and the product (DDW176) Sheena Augustus
