Fridge to be exchanged

Good day i would like report Defy appliances and Makro Crown Mine i bought a defy fridge at Makro Crown mine its not working it's been 2 weeks waiting for defy to exchange and give me a new fridge but they not giving me a any feedback i call them no one takes my call Defy appliances has no respect for customers bad services they don't care about a customer. I spoke to one of the managers Eddie on Monday he promise to delivery still nothing from him. Today i spoke to Jan he transferred me to Logan still no help from defy appliance bad services rude to customers. Logan she is not taking any call from a customer she refused to speak to me. Bad experience with defy appliances and Makro crown mine
