Fridge Sounds like a truck
I bought your fridge in just over a month and its making a terrible noise (sound like a truck) . I called the service service center and they sent a technician to fix the problem. he came twice to my house and the noise is still there. I've been calling the head office in Midrand and Gale told me they will send a specialist today. You honestly don't care abt your customers, I'm supposed to wait for so long with a fridge that makes noise like we have a truck in the house. I cannot switch it off as my stuff will rot. I'm sick of this terrible service. Why don't you just give me my money money back or a new fridge . I do not want this fridge anymore , my head is spinning from this noise. please pay me back so that I can buy a better fridge or brand that cares abt me.

As of the past week , the fridge is making noise again. why are you not replacing this fridge with a NEW ONE. Something is definitely wrong with this fridge. why must a fridge make such a TERRIBLE noise and we back to square one, sleepless nights because of the noise it keeps on making, I would like to get a refund for this fridge . I bought it in December and it has been fixed 3 times, I'm so frustrated . I want you to please pay me back as I don't want your product anymore, its the worst experience ever.
