Fridge not working problem between Game and Defy

This is the second time writing with no help from the companies. Bought a Defy fridge at Game it only works for 18months now its faulty I reported this on the 28January.

Even today my fridge is not working I've been given false statements by Defy.

I need Game to refund my money so that I can go and get a fridge on a discent store.

Very dissapointed with Defy they don't care about customers at all.
