FRIDGE NOT WORKING

I bought a Defy fridge last year end May. In October it started having problems it was not cooling. I called Bradlows Durban - Game City and told them about this on the 31st, Defy sent someone to come have a look and they couldn't figure out what the problem was. In Nov I called Bradlows again to tell them that the Fridge was still not working and they told me they will send someone again but that never happened. The fridge then started cooling, seemed like it was working again until it started freezing everything in it even the top part, then last week it defrosted itself and now it won't cool again, its warm, the light is on and it's making the sound but it is not cooling.

On Saturday I had to throw away everything that was inside because it was now off. I called Bradlows this morning again I was told I was going to be called back. I need Defy to come get this fridge and replace it with a new one or give me my money back, its now the second time that I have had to throw away food because it went off. For such a reputable brand it is appauling that you have such a stupid fridge. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP!!
