Fridge gets repaired, works for 4 days

My defy fridge is still under guarentee. It packed up and I had to throw away all the food that obviously went off.<br> A week later a gentleman from defy came out to my flat to confirm what I had already stated: \The fridge is not working"<br> Then it took another week for the fridge to be fetched.<br> Then for reasons ranging from running out of nitrogen gas to not having the correct rubber it took 2 full weeks to \""repair\"" the fridge & get it back to me.<br> I had been fridge-less for 4 weeks at this point. <br> I let it stand for 4 hours before switching it on and leaving it overnight. The following day I restocked my entire fridge and freezer only to be amazed 4 days later when it stopped working AGAIN.<br> I have now had to throw away all of that food AGAIN.<br> I wrote an email last week Monday already stating all of this and not a single person has bothered to call me or even reply to my email PLUS no-one ever answers any of the CT branch phones. Ever.<br> I am not willing to go through another 4 weeks of this type of service.<br> It really is SHOCKING.
