Bought a fridge more than 2 years ago, and defrosted twice within 2 years, had to throw away all content both times. technician sent by Defy said it is a facotry error as they put too much gas in, wanted to cut pipes at the back, I stopped him as the unit was still under waranty. After months of following up with the call centre the unit was picked up. After numerous follow ups, I received a sms saying the service is complete, however not sure where we are in the process, and the call centre also do not know. It is clear that thy will not replace within warranty, not acceptable.
