Faulty washing machine

I bought a Defy front loader 7kg washing machine on the 16th Mar 2023. It is now leaking water just beneath the soap component,so basically that's where the water comes out instead of the pipes. This machine was working perfectly till 11th June. I reported this on the 12th through your Facebook page and a consultant called me, however the line was terrible and I was never called back. I called today (16th) only to be placed on hold till I eventually hung up. May I please get some assistance
