Faulty washing machine and **** customer service

I have been struggling to get someone to get back to me in regards to my faulty BRAND NEW washing machine. You have sent a technician, which was a whole inconvenience on it's own. After not being contacted afterwards, I have phoned in 4 times and sent an email as I was told the machine was scheduled for replacement. It's been a month since your technician was at our residence and no one has gotten back to me. This is unacceptable service for such a big company. I have been sitting with a washing machine that doesn't work for 2 months now. Can someone that can actually help me get back to me?
